Aplicación del Arancel Externo Mínimo Común. Cuando el arancel variable de un producto proveniente de un tercer país sea inferior al arancel externo mínimo común establecido en el Acuerdo de Cartagena, la Aduana liquidará los derechos de aduana sobre el arancel externo mínimo común, a menos que se hubiere autorizado un diferimiento del mismo.
