Art. 102. Los Administradores de Aduana notificarán a los introductores, con veinticuatro horas de anticipación por lo ménos, el dia i hora en que se vaya a dar principio al reconocimiento de cada cargamento. Dicha notificación se hará fijando un aviso en la puerta principal de la oficina de la Aduana.

Aunque el introductor no concurra a presenciar el reconocimiento de las mercancías,siempre se procederá a éste, i si no presentare los peones o caleteros necesarios para verificar las operaciones de pesar, reconocer i arrumar las mercancías, el Administrador hará el gasto, cargando al interesado cinco centavos por cada bulto.
