ARTICULO 9o. Recursos y oportunidad. Contra la liquidación practicada procede únicamente el recurso de apelación ante el Director General de Aduanas o su delegado, y podrá interponerse dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la desfijación del estado. Deberá ser presentado en la respectiva Administración de Aduana.
