° La Junta tendrá a su cargo el manejo e inversión de los fondos nacionales, departamentales, municipales o de cualquiera otra procedencia que se recauden con ese objeta, por conducto del Tesorero de ella, el que deberá prestar una caución aprobada por la Contraloría General de la República, y de la cuantía que ésta fije.
