Reglamento y tarifas de los depósitos centralizados de valores. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el artículo 2.14.5.1.3 los reglamentos de los depósitos centralizados de valores, así como sus reformas, deberán ser sometidos a la aprobación de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. Las tarifas aplicables al servicio de depósito y custodia de valores serán establecidas libremente por los depósitos con sujeción a las normas del derecho de la competencia .
