º El numeral 3º del artículo 2º del Decreto 777 de 1992 quedará así: "3. Las apropiaciones presupuestales decretadas a favor de personas jurídicas creadas por varias entidades públicas, como son las cooperativas públicas, o de corporaciones y fundaciones de participación mixta en cuyos órganos directivos estén representadas entidades públicas en forma proporcional a sus aportes, de acuerdo con las disposiciones estatutarias de la corporación o fundación.
