Artículo Segundo. No obstante que cualquier caja o Sección de ahorros haya optado por algunas formas de inversión de que trata el artículo anterior, podrá reasumir la facultad de realización de inversiones por cualesquiera de los otros medios de que trata el artículo primero de la ley 20 de 1959, cuando aviso al Ministerio de Agricultura a la Superintendencia Bancaria, con anticipación no menor de cuatro meses.
