COMPETENCIA. De las acciones de reparación directa y de repetición de que tratan los artículos anteriores, conocerá de modo privativo la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa conforme al procedimiento ordinario y de acuerdo con las reglas comunes de distribución de competencia entre el Consejo de Estado y los Tribunales Administrativos.
