Ejercicio ilegal de la profesión . No podrán ejercer la profesión de Técnico Electricista, quienes no posean la correspondiente matrícula expedida en la forma establecida en el presente decreto.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de lo establecido en el presente artículo los Ingenieros Electricistas. (Decreto 991 de 1991, artículo 23)
