ART 193. La injuria comprende: 1o. La ofensa hecha con palabras al honor, al crédito, á la dignidad y á cuanto constituye la propiedad moral de un individuo; 2o. La difamación, ó divulgación de vicios puramente privados ó domésticos; 3o. La contumelia, ó sean las palabras que envuelven oprobio ó vilipendio dichas á una persona en su cara.
