Articulo diez y nueve. El Ministerio de Salud Pública, a través de las secretarias o Direcciones Seccionales de Salud Pública, creara el número de plazos que exija la provisión de cargos para el año obligatorio de servicio odontológico. Dicho Ministerio debe tener en cuenta el lugar de origen del aspirante, a fin de distribuir los nombramientos de acuerdo con la división política del país.
