Artículo único. Desde la publicacion del decreto ejecutivo de dos de Mayo de mil ochocientos ochenta, sobre ascensos á los militares de la Independencia, se le liquidará y pagará al Sargento Mayor Pablo Velásquez el sueldo íntegro de su clase como militar de la Independencia.
