Artículo único. Prorrogase hasta el 31 de diciembre del presente año 'la vigencia económica del bienio de 1897 y 1898; y que por causa de la rebelión de que trata el artículo 20 de la Ley 33 de 1892. Las oficinas ordenadoras que hubieren cerrado los libros correspondientes á dicha vigencia, volverán á abrirlos en la forma ordinaria para que continúen describiendo en ellos las operaciones á que dé lugar el cumplimiento de este Decreto. En los anteriores términos quedan reformados los Decretos de carácter legislativo números 602 de 1899, 723 y 157 de 1900, publicados respectivamente, en los números 11,178, 11,270 y 11,345 del Diario Oficial.
