Aprobado el dictamen de los peritos evaluadores de los daños y perjuicios, cuando sea el caso, o vencido el término de prueba, o vencidos los términos de que tratan los artículos 442 y 44 del Código de Procedimiento Penal, el Secretario pasará el expediente al despacho del juez.
