Recibida la solicitud de que trata el artículo 21 del Capítulo IV la Gerencia aceptará el depósito de mercancías destinadas a almacenes administrados por la Zona, siempre que exista espacio disponible en los almacenes, patios y cobertizos y que no exista razón justificativa para negarlo.
