Este tratado será ratificado por el Poder Ejecutivo de cada una de las dos Repúblicas, previa su aprobacion por los respectivos Congresos; i las ratificaciones serán canjeadas en Bogotá, Lima o Panamá dentro del mas breve término posible. En fe de lo cual, nosotros los Plenipotenciarios de la una i de la otra República lo hemos firmado i sellado con nuestros sellos particulares, en Lima, a diez de febrero de mil ochocientos setenta.
