Antes de cada vuelo sobre el territorio y las aguas territoriales nacionales, el piloto de la aeronave debe comprobar ante el del aeródromo de partida que no transporta objetos de los prohibidos por el artículo 9º y hará sellar de dicho Jefe de Aeródromo las cámaras fotográficas que transporte. El estado de los sello será comprobado por el Jefe del Aeródromo de llegada.
