Artículo once. Previa reforma de los correspondientes estatutos, el Ministro de Agricultura formará parte de las Juntas Directivas del Instituto Nacional de Abastecimientos y del Instituto de Fomento Industrial.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Agricultura podrá delegar su representación en las Juntas Directivas de que es miembro.
