Toda persona capturada por la Policía será puesta a disposición del funcionario competente dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes a su captura, más el término de la distancia. Durante el tiempo que el capturado permanezca bajo la custodia de la Policía, debe ser alimentado de acuerdo con los reglamentos.
