Art. 1°. El monto de las rentas y contribuciones nacionales que se recauden en el presente bienio económico de 1891 y 1892, para atender a los gastos de la administración pública, se computa, por aproximación, en la suma de veinte millones trescientos cincuenta y un mil cien pesos ($ 20.351,100), conforme al siguiente pormenor:
