Creanse cuarenta (40) becas para alumnos internos en dicho Liceo y que se distribuirán así: diez (10) para el de Barbacoas; tres (3) para el de Roberto Payan; tres (3) para el de San José; cuatro (4) para el de Ricaurte; cinco (5) para el de Mosquera; y cinco (5) para el de Iscuandé. La adjudicación se hará de acuerdo con las normas que sobre el particular tiene establecidas el Ministerio de Educación; se preferirá a los hijos de los labriegos y obreros.
