Créase la Comisión Asesora Interinstitucional para el Estudio del Proyecto de Construcción del Canal Interoceánico y el Bioparque del Darién como organismo del Gobierno Nacional que tendrá a su cargo el desarrollo del proceso de viabilización del Canal Interoceánico y del Bioparque del Darién. Esta comisión funcionará adscrita al Ministerio de Transporte.
