°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer las condiciones y periodicidad para el recaudo de los recursos que financian y cofinancian la Unidad de Pago por Capitación en el Régimen Subsidiado de Salud, con el objetivo de avanzar hacia un único instrumento que garantice la eficiencia, economía y oportunidad en su manejo, así como el giro directo a las Entidades Promotoras de Salud en nombre de las Entidades Territoriales y a las Instituciones Prestadoras de Servicios de Salud en nombre de las Entidades Promotora de Salud cuando corresponda.
