Mientras se construyen los edificios de que habla esta Ley, el Ministerio de Educación organizará el funcionamiento del Colegio de Segunda Enseñanza para Varones, de Lorica, a partir de 1962, en el local adecuado, a juicio del Ministerio, que el Municipio de Lorica destine para tal efecto y que el Ministerio acondicionará debidamente.
