Interrupción de tratamiento . Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial o sus beneficiarios sin causa justificada interrumpan el tratamiento médico- asistencial a que están sometidos, exonerarán a la Policía de toda responsabilidad pecuniaria y los gastos que por dicha interrupción se ocasionen son de cargo del Oficial o Suboficial en el evento de que sean atendidos por la sanidad de la Policía Nacional.
