° Para integrar la Comisión encargada de estudiar la mejora y saneamiento del puerto de La Dorada, de acuerdo con lo prescrito por la Ley 24 de 1917 y el Decreto número 399 del presente año, nómbranse al Director de la Junta Nacional de Higiene y al Ingeniero Ayudante de la Sección 3ª del Ministerio de Obras Públicas, señores doctores Pablo García Medina y Liborio Corral, respectivamente.
