Artículo quinto. El Director. Departamental de Higiene supervigilará el funcionamiento técnico y administrativo de los organismos sanitarios creados en el presente Decreto e informará al Ministerio de Higiene por conducto de la División de Inspección Nacional de Salubridad y Asistencia Pública, de las visitas practicadas, anotando el rendimiento o deficiencias que se logre comprobar.
