Art. 70.° Cualquiera autoridad ó empleado nacional ó de los Departamentos que tengan noticia del fallecimiento de un pensionado, está en la obligación de participarlo por escrito al Ministerio del Tesoro, con la prueba de la defunción, para que se dé de baja al finado en el depósito respectivo de pensionados.
