DISPOSICION TRANSITORIA. Mientras se expida la legislación respectiva dicha materia se regirá en lo pertinente por esta Ley, por la Ley 32 de 1986, el Decreto 1151 de 1989, el Decreto 1251 de 1989, los Títulos II y III del Decreto 1817 de 1964 y las demás normas reglamentarias y complementarias.
