Si el daño consistiere en deformidad física transitoria, la pena será de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años y multa de cinco (5) a cuarenta (40) salarios mínimos mensuales. Si fuere permanente la deformidad, la pena será de cinco (5) a diez (10) años de prisión y multa de diez (10) a cincuenta salarios mínimos mensuales. Si la deformidad afecta el rostro, las penas se aumentarán hasta en una tercera parte.
