ARTICULO 1.2.0.4.4 . INCOMPATIBILIDADES E INHABILIDADES ESPECIALES EN LAS SOCIEDADES DE SERVICIOS FINANCIEROS CONSTITUIDAS COMO FILIALES Y SOCIEDADES COMISIONISTAS DE BOLSA. Los administradores y representantes legales de las sociedades de servicios financieros y comisionistas de bolsa no podrán ser administradores o empleados del establecimiento matriz. Sin embargo, podrán formar parte de sus juntas directivas los directores de la matriz o sus representantes legales.
