MEDIDAS SANITARIAS PREVENTIVAS. Los anteriores procedimientos serán aplicables, en lo pertinente, cuando se trate de la imposición de las siguientes medidas preventivas sanitarias a que se refiere el artículo 591 de la Ley 09 de 1979

a)

Aislamiento o internación de personas para evitar la transmisión de enfermedades zoonóficas.

b)

Captura y observación de animales sospechosos de enfermedades transmisibles.

c)

Vacunación de personas y animales.

d)

Control de insectos u otra fauna nociva o transmisora de enfermedades.

e)

Suspensión de trabajos o de servicios.

f)

Retención o el depósito en custodia de objetos.

g)

Desocupación o desalojamiento de establecimientos o viviendas.
