Perfeccionamiento de la compraventa. La compraventa de las acciones objeto del presente programa se entenderá perfeccionada con la adjudicación de las acciones que realicen la bolsa o las bolsas de valores encargadas, sin perjuicio de la suscripción de los instrumentos que el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras considere necesarios para documentar las operaciones.
