Incorporación de recursos . Los recursos asignados del Sistema General de Regalías para los departamentos, municipios o distritos receptores directos de regalías y compensaciones deberán ser incluidos en el presupuesto de la respectiva entidad territorial, mediante decreto expedido por el Gobernador o Alcalde, una vez aprobado el proyecto respectivo y previa su ejecución.
