Artículo segundo. La supervigilancia de los Fondos Ganaderos será ejercida únicamente por la Superintendencia Bancaria. Los revisores fiscales de los Fondos Ganaderos serán nombrados libremente por la Asamblea General de Accionistas y deberán llenar los mismos requisitos exigidos por el Código del Comercio.
