Art. 2. º El Gobierno no concederá el beneficio de que trata el artículo anterior á las entidades, asociaciones ó Corporaciones cuya existencia, fundación, objeto ó estatutos sean contrarios á la Constitución y á las leyes, ó que no estén autorizadas por ellas.
