Aquellas personas que hayan estado dedicadas al ejercicio de la farmacia con honorabilidad y reconocida competencia por varios años, podrán continuar ejerciendo en la misma forma, sea como directores de su establecimiento o subordinados pero necesitan para poder abrir una farmacia nueva o una sucursal, someterse a las condiciones que establece el presente Decreto.
