Además de las condiciones para la prestación del servicio, la habilitación de los operadores o empresas de transporte terrestre automotor de pasajeros, mixto y carga, estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en los artículos siguientes, teniendo en cuenta los factores estipulados en el artículo 11 de la Ley 336 de 1996.
