Artículo único. El artículo 11 del Decreto 0033 de 1959 quedará así: "Son funciones del Agente Fiscal de Intendencias y Comisarías, las mismas que le señala el Decreto número 12 de 1939 (enero 5), con las modificaciones y excepciones establecidas por el Decreto 2918 de 1948".
