Ley 1709 de 2014 · por medio de la cual se reforman algunos artículos de la Ley 65 de 1993, de la Ley 599 de 2000, de la Ley 55 de 1985 y se dictan otras disposiciones.

En un término no mayor a seis (6) meses a partir de la promulgación de la presente ley, un documento Conpes, armonizado con el Consejo Superior de Política Criminal, deberá definir y adoptar el plan estratégico y financiero de política carcelaria incorporando, entre otros documentos:

Compromisos presupuestales.

Fuentes de financiación.

Plan de construcciones e infraestructura.

Plan de dotación para la resocialización, el empleo y la educación.

Plan de sanidad.

Plan de personal, guardas, funcionarios y servidores públicos.
