Reporte de información. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía, o la entidad que este delegue, podrá implementar un sistema de información aplicable a los agentes y actores de la cadena de valor del hidrógeno, con el fin de organizar y obtener información sistematizada de las diferentes actividades a nivel nacional. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía podrá albergar el sistema de información del hidrógeno en alguno de los sistemas de información actualmente operantes del sector minas y energía.
