Ley 42 de 1913 · Sobre vías nacionales entre la capital de la República y los Departamentos

Autorízase al Gobierno para que haga construir por contrato o por administración las obras necesarias en las vías de que trata esta Ley, a fin de darlas al servicio público en el menor tiempo posible.

Parágrafo

Cuando se adopte el sistema de contratos se celebrarán en licitación pública, y el pliego de cargos se formulará, con arreglo a las condiciones indicadas por el Ingeniero o Ingenieros que hubieren estudiado la vía.

Parágrafo

Los contratos que se celebren para cada vía serán parciales, a fin de que cada trayecto contratado no sea mayor de cinco a diez kilómetros.
