INCITACION A LA COMISION DE DELITOS MILITARES. El que en beneficio de actividades terroristas incite al personal de las Fuerzas Militares, Policía Nacional u Organismos de Seguridad del Estado a desertar, abandonar el puesto o el servicio, o ponga en práctica cualquier medio para este fin, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a diez (10) años y multa de cinco (5) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales. CAPITULO 2º. DELITOS QUE ATENTAN CONTRA LA LIBERTAD INDIVIDUAL Y EL PATRIMONIO ECONOMICO.
