Toda persona citada por el conciliador, por la Junta de conciliación o por el Tribunal de Arbitramento, que no comparezca a la citación sin excusa justificada y oportuna, o que no se haga representar por persona autorizada, será condenada a una multa de diez(10)a cien pesos($100), o a su equivalente en días de arresto.
