ARTICULO 129. Si el superior inmediato considera que la sanción aplicable es la destitución, remitirá el expediente a la Autoridad Nominadora de la Entidad, para su decisión y fallo. Si el nominador considerare que la sanción es distinta, así lo decidirá procediendo a dictar la resolución correspondiente.
