º La autoridad nominadora procederá conforme a las disposiciones legales vigentes, a designar el personal que debe ocupar los cargos que se establecen en el presente Decreto. Los empleados públicos que estando al servicio del Ministerio de Comunicaciones fueren incorporados a la Planta de Personal que por esta norma se fija, se sujetarán a las disposiciones del artículo 81 del Decreto 1042 de 1978.
