Con destino a la formación de una granja agrícola y a los demás usos de interés público que estime conveniente la Municipalidad, Cédense al Municipio de Girón en el Departamento de Santander, dos mil quinientas hectáreas de terrenos baldíos, de los que posee la Nación en jurisdicción de dicho Municipio, sobre el arroyo de Payoa , región del río Sogamoso, colindantes con los Municipios de Lebrija Puerto Wilches.
