Exoneración de responsabilidades . Si se encontrare que no se ha incurrido en violación de las disposiciones sanitarias de que trata el presente decreto se expedirá el acto administrativo correspondiente por medio del cual se declare exonerado de responsabilidad al presunto infractor y se ordenará archivar el expediente.
