Art. 22. De las actas de escrutinio se extenderán tres ejemplares, los cuales se remitirán : uno al Ministerio de Gobierno de la República, otro al Presidente del Gran Consejo electoral y el otro al Gobernador del Departamento. Los pliegos que contengan estas actas serán colocados en punto donde no puedan ser alterados y con las seguridades necesarias para que puedan servir al Gran Consejo electoral si fuere necesario.
