El Banco Central Hipotecario y la Caja de Previsión Social del Banco Central Hipotecario adaptarán sus estatutos a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, dentro del mes siguiente a la restitución patrimonial. Como consecuencia de la restitución, la Caja de Previsión Social del Banco Central Hipotecario no atenderá en lo sucesivo el pago de pensiones.
